Role Overview
The Vice President of Staff is a senior leader responsible for driving organizational alignment and operational excellence. This role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives. The VP of Staff acts as a trusted advisor to the executive team and a catalyst for efficiency, culture, and growth. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer, COO.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Partner with executives to define priorities and oversee execution of key initiatives.
Operational Oversight: Monitor performance metrics, streamline processes, and ensure accountability across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments to enhance communication and deliver results.
Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive work environment that supports employee development and organizational values.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
10 years of experience in operations or client services leadership roles
5 years of leading, developing, and upskilling high-performance teams
Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated success in strategy execution, performance management, and cross-functional leadership
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and align multiple stakeholders
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Executive presence and influence
