You’ll be the go-to person on the ground, supporting everything from scheduling to issue resolution.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee multiple residential projects at a time, visiting each job site at least once daily
- Support subcontractor crews and answer questions on-site as needed
- Communicate updates and next steps with homeowners in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries with the warehouse and office team
- Track project progress and timelines to keep jobs on schedule and within scope
- Flag issues early and work with your team to solve problems quickly
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
- Generally, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Occasional weekend work may arise if urgent issues occur during active jobs
- This position reports directly to the Outside Sales Rep and will work closely with our warehouse and office teams
