Reports to: Director of Student Affairs and
Career Services
Requirements
- Serve as a
resource to help students navigate institutional services, policies, and
resources available on campus.
- Identify and
address student concerns, providing appropriate solutions or connecting
them with other departments as needed.
- Maintain
accurate student records and ensure compliance with institutional
standards and privacy policies.
- Facilitate
student support sessions focused on personal development, adjustment to
university life, and overall well-being.
- Support the
daily operations of student housing, ensuring clear and timely
communication with students.
- Contribute to
student orientations, engagement initiatives, commencement ceremonies, and
events that promote a sense of belonging and connection to the campus
community.
- Provide
personalized assistance to students regarding housing information,
check-in/check-out procedures, and residential life inquiries.
- Assist with
placement procedures and career services activities, including supporting
advisory sessions, workshops, and career development events.
- Collaborate
with faculty and staff to ensure a holistic and consistent student
experience.
- Perform other
related duties as assigned to support the Student Affairs Department.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in a related field (required)
- Proficiency in
English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in higher
education, student services or similar roles (preferred)
- Familiarity
with student information systems and administrative tools (preferred)
