Position Overview
The Onsite Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between the agency, its workforce, and the client’s management team. This role ensures smooth daily operations, oversees employee performance, resolves issues, and maintains strong client relationships. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating staffing needs, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with agency and client policies.
Staff Coordination & Oversight
• Supervise and support onsite employees during all scheduled shifts
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work quality meets client expectations
• Conduct daily check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift confirmations
• Train new hires on job duties, safety procedures, and site expectations
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the onsite liaison between the agency and client
• Communicate staffing updates, performance concerns, and operational needs
• Attend client meetings and provide status reports as needed
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Operational Support
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, and performance notes
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, safety standards, and site regulations
• Support onboarding processes, including badge access, equipment distribution, or orientation
