Returns Good Coordinator

What you will do:•       Manage the end-to-end process for returned merchandise, from initial receipt to final disposition.•       Inspect returned and damaged goods to determine condition, eligibility for return, and final disposition (e.g., return to stock, scrap, rework).•       Accurately log returns, update inventory systems, and process financial adjustments like chargebacks or credits.•       Serve as a point of contact for customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.•       Ensure returned items are put away in the correct locations and assist with inventory reconciliation and stock takes.•       Move and organize merchandise, which may include using equipment like pallet jacks and scanners, and maintaining a clean workspace.•       Communicate with customers regarding their returns and ensure their expectations are met.•       Communicate with vendors to request RMA’s and follow up on pending credits for returns.•       Other responsibilities may be assigned.What you will bring:•       Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required•       High School diploma or G.E.D.; or•       2-4 Years of related experience and/or training; or•       Equivalent combination of education and experience.•       Attention to detail: High accuracy is critical for inventory tracking and documentation.•       Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.•       Organizational skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of items and information.Physical Requirements and Work Environment:•       While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. •       Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance.•       Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects•       Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.•       Warehouse environment•       Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance  Job Description: Needs PPE Steel toe bootsWork hours: Mon-Fri 5:00am – 1:30pmCompany DescriptioniStaffing is a leading employment agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities.
