JOB TITLE: Maintenance TechnicianSCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PMPossible Overtime: Saturdays as needed; occasional 3:00 AM start timesJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs for all Distribution Center (DC) systems and equipment. This role supports smooth facility operations by ensuring all systems function properly, safely, and efficiently.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventative and general maintenance on DC systems, including:Automotion/Wynright conveyor and sortation systemsMantissa tilt-tray sorterLightning Pick and ATOP Put-to-Light systemsSharp Auto-BaggersOther related support systems and equipmentDiagnose equipment issues; repair or replace defective components.Conduct system modifications, assembly, and fabrication as required.Maintain the facility shop area in an organized and safe condition.Manage parts inventory for system components, PMs, and corrective/planned work orders using the CMMS system (MPulse).Utilize up-to-date technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.Communicate maintenance progress, needs, and issues to management in a timely manner.Adhere to all safety procedures, Federal and State regulations, OSHA guidelines, and standard work practices.Perform general facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing lights, fixtures, and conducting minor building repairs.Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.Company DescriptioniStaffing is a leading employment agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities.
