Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the execution of projects from post-sale through final installation. This role acts as the operational bridge between sales and production, ensuring that each project progresses efficiently through design, estimation, scheduling, and installation phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects once handed off by the sales team and manage them through completion
- Coordinate across internal teams (design, estimating, production, installation) to ensure timelines are met
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and proactively follow up to keep projects on schedule
- Support project workflows including design approvals, cost estimations, and installation planning
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain project documentation
- Assist with on-site coordination as needed to support installations
- Manage inventory to ensure materials and resources are available for successful project execution
- Communicate consistently with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of project coordination or administrative experience
- Experience in construction, signage, or a related industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentation
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage competing priorities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing or tracking inventory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SharePoint for task assignment and data management
- Prior experience in the signage industry (highly desirable)
