We are seeking a candidate with an excellent leadership background and skills to join our amazing team as a Workplace Services Assistant Site Manager in our Kingwood, TX office. This position will be responsible for maintaining excellent client communication, in addition to managing and performing services provided onsite in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, shipping and receiving, hospitality and administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills and have 1-2 years experience performing relevant office services.

- Assist the Site Manager with daily overseeing operations activities and help direct staff accordingly
- Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the site(s) and to lower operating costs
- Manages department vendor relationships and contracts
- Manages, trains, and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction
- Handle assigned tasks and administrative duties as assigned
The qualifications of the Workplace Services Assistant Site Manager is that the ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, have 1 - 2 years experience performing relevant office services duties. Additional qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED and US authorization to work for any employer
- Current and valid Driver's License for use with company vehicle
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally & written)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Organizational & Managerial skills; ability to train employees
