- Sorting and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
- Processing inbound and outbound shipments for delivery
- Operating mail and duplicating equipment
- Metering outbound postal mail
- Handling time-sensitive material, confidential, urgent packages
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Taking direction from Supervisor or Manager
The qualifications for the Workplace Full-Time Service Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career. Additional qualifications include:
- A valid and current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
