Position Details: This direct hire role is full-time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 7:00am - 5:00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Compensation: $20.00-22.00 USD per hour, DOE

Responsibilities
This is a full-time position performing receiving and mail related services.
- Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
- Receiving Shipments – Receive, process and deliver packages
- Shipping - Package, processing and arrange pick-up of outgoing packages
- Facilities Services- Receive and track activity using work order system, move furniture, assemble light furniture, moving of boxes as required, hang pictures as required, office swap outs and perform other related duties
- Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Participate in cross-training
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations and customer service.
- Valid drivers' license
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion with assistance
- Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
- Preferred forklift certification
- Warehouse experience, computer skills, and customer service skills
