On Call Mail/Copy Service Specialist

Position Details:

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F: 7:30AM- 4:30PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Desoto, KS Area. Relaxed dress code suitable for warehouse standards are required and adhered safety shoes. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Hourly Compensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Other duties include:

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving
• Ordering supplies
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

• Position requires long periods of walking and standing to perform job functions in the mailroom/service dock.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
