Position Details:
This role is a backup Barista/Mailroom Clerk and performs office services work in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Position is part-time and assignment based.
Assignments will typically be any day between Monday-Friday, and shifts are typically 8 hour shifts.
Business professional dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Compensation: $15.00 -15.00 USD per hour
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Barista responsibilities: Making custom coffee/espresso drinks for clients, maintaining area surrounding coffee bar to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Stocking and organizing kitchen and office supplies
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages; pick-up and deliver mail, parcels and copy/print jobs to customers within the office
- Drive vehicle & pick up/drop off documents
- Back-up at reception when needed
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be reliable
