Job Description
$1,000/$500 (PT) New Employee Bonus over first year of employment.
Overtime after 40 Hours. Get Paid for Sleep Hours.
$17.00 - 18.30 per hour; Experience, training, and willingness to accept additional responsibilities determine pay rate. Sleep rate 12$ per hour Thirds shift (sleep) in combination with Second shift.

ISS assists individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities in Pandora. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served. Hours available Monday - Friday on second and third shift as well as all shifts on weekends. Every other weekend is required. Third shift is in combination with 2nd shift. All 3rd shifts are sleep shifts.
Experience working with developmental disabilities is not required, however, DSP applicants must:
- have a caring, positive attitude
- be 21 years of age or older
- have a high school diploma/GED
- pass random drug screens

Responsibilities of the DSP include:
- Maintain quality of care and provide personal supports to individuals as outlined in each individual service plan;
- Assist with community activities including shopping, banking, and recreation;
- Supervise and record the administration of medications; and
- Facilitate transportation to appointments and community activities.
