Success in this role requires commercial judgment, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to clearly articulate business value within an established book of business.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, driving strong retention and expansion revenue
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and position governance, compensation, sustainability, and analytics solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal business, including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite, legal, HR, investor relations, and corporate secretaries
- Partner cross‑functionally with advisory, product, and client service teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Contribute market and client feedback to inform product development and go‑to‑market strategy
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in B2B account management, consultative sales, or client-facing roles
- Experience working with corporate, financial services, legal, or consulting clients is a plus
- Superior analytical, verbal and written skills
- Able to work independently and as part of team
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms

- The Washington, DC expected base pay range is $80,000- $90,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
- In addition to the base salary, this role includes performance-based incentive compensation, with total annual earnings potential aligned to individual performance.
