- Lead and deliver exceptional technical services, serving as the primary point of escalation for onsite technical needs.

- Collaborate closely with site leadership, the Account Technical Services Lead, and the Facility Manager to deliver consistent, efficient, and innovative solutions.
Client and Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through reliable service delivery and proactive support.
- Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and risk management.
- Manage financial targets, including revenue, expenses, and third-party spend, to achieve site and account goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and contribute to growth.
- Lead and mentor your technical team, ensuring recruitment, performance management, professional development, and well-being.
- Implement advanced engineering technology and standardized operating procedures, ensuring best-in-class service and compliance.
- Own service delivery compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Oversee performance metrics and ensure effective change management processes.
- Champion a zero-accident safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.
- Enhance technician and engineer skills through targeted training and certification programs.
- 10 years of experience in technical facility services, ideally in integrated facility management environments.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 (mandatory), OSHA 30 preferred, Universal EPA preferred, and other technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) strongly desired.
- Proven leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a robust track record in managing technical operations and teams.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/ or carry 80 pounds or more.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl daily.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high/ unsafe places; fumes/airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
