The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines data entry in Salesforce with hands-on support for client-facing activities, including event coordination and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in Salesforce
- Support client communications and follow-ups
- Assist in planning and executing events (virtual and in-person)
- Provide responsive customer service and administrative support
- Help prepare reports and maintain organized records
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus
