We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!
Opportunity Overview:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and efficient accounts payable operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, processes, and people, this could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees
- Maintain payroll records (wages, deductions, bonuses, taxes)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Manage timekeeping systems and verify hours worked
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Experience with UKG payroll software is a big plus!
Accounts Payable:
- Review and route invoices for approval
- Code and process invoices using Bill.com
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized AP records
- Ensure timely vendor payments
- Help improve AP processes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
