Job Overview
We seek a dedicated and organized Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
Duties
- Utilize Paychex for payroll processing and financial record keeping as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide clerical support such as: filing, data entry, administrative tasks, document preparation, and special projects.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office management practices is essential.
- Experience with Paychex or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish/Turkish/Ukrainian) are highly desirable to enhance communication within the team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
