RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in the minor maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.
· Assist in diagnosing and resolving mechanical & electrical issues.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and safe operations of equipment.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performances.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Training in related equipment, forklifts, laser coders, torches, sandblasters, pressure washers, and various hand tools.
· Collaborating with maintenance leads on solving equipment issues and risks to build a plan of action to resolve matters before machinery is released to production personnel.
· Researching parts and requesting part quotes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to move up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally over 40 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships in a diverse team-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
