isp.net is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team by generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role focused on identifying potential business customers, qualifying their needs, and scheduling meetings for our Business Executives. The ideal candidate has experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, call center environments, lead generation, or high-volume customer outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings for Business Executives
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Support event preparation and follow-up activities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments with a focus on top-of-funnel activity and meeting-generation success.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume outbound quotas, ideally achieving at least 500 activities per week to yield qualified meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a functionally specialized sales model, supporting senior personnel by transitioning them from office-based prospecting to field-based closing.
- Familiarity with the ISP or telecommunications landscape, including an understanding of market saturation and the importance of network reliability.
- Proven experience in a high-volume sales or call center environment.
