We are a boutique professional services company seeking an Inside Sales Representative who excels in relationship-based, consultative selling. This role blends warm lead follow-up from an established database with targeted outbound outreach, allowing you to build long-term client relationships and grow a personal book of business.


This is not a scripted call-center environment. Success comes from understanding client needs, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending solutions that create real value.

This role is best suited for sales professionals who have already proven they can build trust, manage accounts, and close consistently over time.


Compensation, Benefits and PTO:

  • Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  • Year 1 average performers: $50,000–$55,000
  • Strong performers: $60,000
  • $18.00/hour base pay
  • Tiered commission and bonus structure based on individual performance
  • Unlimited earning potential tied directly to account growth and results

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads from previous and current clients, supported by outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct consistent, professional phone outreach to uncover needs and opportunities.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to position programs aligned with client goals.
  • Build, manage, and grow a book of business through repeat sales and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM software.
  • Meet individual sales and activity goals in a structured, team-based environment.
  • Maintain a professional presence, communication style, and follow-through.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of inside sales, phone sales, or account-based sales experience.
  • Comfortable with frequent outbound calls as part of a broader relationship strategy.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Organized, self-directed, and results focused.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Professional attire, grooming, and demeanor required.
  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Real Estate office experience

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; NO overtime, weekends or federal holidays!
  • Full-time
