Job Description: Project Management Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication skills. The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by handling administrative tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Assist with preparing presentations and status updates.
- Project Coordination
- Schedule phases of plans & dates
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Monitor task assignments and follow up with team members.
- Help identify risks and escalate issues to Project Managers.
- Communication
- Act as a liaison between Project Managers and team members.
- Draft and distribute project communications and updates.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
- Data & Reporting
- Collect and analyze project data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for project performance.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed project health check-in reports
Qualifications
- Associates/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Innergy)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
