Schedule: 9:00pm to 5:30am Sunday - Thursday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)
Training Schedule: 5:30am to 130pm Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20.25 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential)
The Role:
The Router Operator is responsible for the routing and high pot testing material as required by the customer. This operator is also responsible for assisting with the inspection and stamping of laminates after the fabrication process.

- Set up and operate the hold down fixture, router, and hot pot tester
- Completion of the data collection spreadsheet for each order.
- Reviewing and understanding the AQL process for material and work orders.
- Full inspection of the laminate and stack.
- Disposition materials with correct defect codes as specified.
- Maintain inspection tools and verify calibration requirements.
- Assist other operators to ensure timely shipment of product.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous Inspection experience preferred
- Previous Machine Operating experience preferred.
