Press Operator (3rd Shift) - Ridgeway

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 3rd Shift Press Operator for our Ridgeway, SC facility.

Schedule: 9pm to 530am Sunday-Thursday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)

Skill Level: C

Compensation: $20.25 per hour (*also includes a $1.25 shift differential)

The Role: This role is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level "A-C" positions, primarily within the Press area. This includes, but is not limited to, the Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator roles.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience- required
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems-preferred
• Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment- required
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
