What are the responsibilities and job description for the CCTV Monitoring Security Analyst position at ISN (International Security Network)?
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring camera feeds and analyzing security threats to ensure the safety and security of our clients, as well as their homes and offices. This role requires a strong understanding of surveillance technologies, staying alert to detect potential security threats. The Security Analyst will work 8 hour shifts that can include morning, day, night or overnight shifts, including Holidays - as we operate 24/7/365.
Duties
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV and intrusion detection systems (IDS), to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Learn our in-house software program to document all security related alerts and incident reports.
- ISN will provide training for all staff on security technologies, policies and procedures.
- Communicate with law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed during incidents.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to detect potential threats quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and documentation - verbal, written and typed..
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, Computer Systems and typing speed minimum 45 WPM
- Experience in surveillance, with a PILB Guard card is a plus.
