About the Role:
This isn’t your average manager position. As our Operations Manager, you’ll lead from the front-helping with everything from setting up smash rooms to assigning daily tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, organized, and fun environment for both our team and our guests.
Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and supervise the operational team
✅ Assign daily tasks and ensure team accountability
✅ Create and manage staff schedules
✅ Maintain cleanliness and safety of all rooms and common areas
✅ Support guests and ensure they have a great time
✅ Be comfortable with loud environments and physical cleaning
✅ Step into any role as needed-this is a hands-on position!

- Previous management experience preferred
