Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in managing all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations.
Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Monitor financial performance, assist with budgeting, and control costs.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a branded property.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations, financial reporting, and revenue management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
