Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nokomis, FL, for a General Manager. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing guest services, handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Additional duties encompass budgeting and financial management, scheduling and managing staff, and fostering a welcoming customer experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and proficiency in Receptionist Duties to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management to oversee operational expenses effectively
- Experience in Sales and revenue optimization strategies to drive business growth
- Experience in Property Maintenance, ability to perform small repairs
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to problem-solve and respond to guest concerns in a timely manner
- Previous hospitality or property management experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in reservation and property management software is a plus
