We are seeking a full-time on-site Property Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations at our Sarasota, FL location. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, maintaining resident satisfaction, supervising property staff, driving occupancy and revenue goals, and ensuring community compliance with policies and regulations. The Property Manager will also oversee maintenance schedules, respond to resident concerns, and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance and appeal of the community.

- Proficiency in property management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Customer service skills and the ability to effectively address resident needs
- Organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facility operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in residential property management is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
