We are looking for a Geotechnical Driller, either entry level or experienced, to join our team.
Role Description
You will be responsible for performing geotechnical engineering drilling in the islands of Hawaii. This position involves operating and maintaining Mobile drill rigs, equipment, following strict safety protocols, and working closely with project managers and field crew to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and operate Mobile Geotechnical drill rigs
- Understand drill rigs and support vehicles maintenance requirements and maintain drill rigs and support vehicles for optimal functionality
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
- Be able to work and communicate effectively with the project engineers and the field crew.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members and project managers
- Accurately complete field documentation as required
- Perform geotechnical drilling such as solid stem auger, rock coring, direct push, etc.
Qualifications

- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel to neighboring islands (within Hawaii)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)
- 1 years pf Experience operating and maintaining drilling equipment.
- Proficiency in both auger and casing drilling methods
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Must pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.
