SUMMARY:
Oversee all servicing functions within the Consumer Servicing Department while also providing support to other Departments in the processing and handling of all Consumer Loans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fund all consumer loans processed within the Centralized Lending Department.
- Monitor loan files and borrower information for inconsistencies or red flags, actively identifying, reporting, and mitigating potential fraud in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Service all Consumer loan accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
- Assist Members and Team Members with inquiries related to Consumer loans.
- Handle reversals of all Consumer loan payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Issue and process Consumer loan payoffs.
- Issue lien releases.
- Ensure perfection of liens for chattel loans.
- Review all funded Consumer loans to confirm adherence to internal guidelines and policies.
- Prepare, mail, and track adverse action notices and other required Member notifications for Consumer Loans.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve loan-related issues and enhance the Member experience.
- Cross-sell credit union products and services, including deposit accounts and loan products, to meet Members’ financial needs and enhance their overall financial well-being.
- Work at various locations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate or equivalent experience.
- Specialized training in Lending.
- 1-2 years’ experience working with financial matters.
- Knowledge of all relevant rules, procedures, and guidelines, and regulations related to lending.
- Knowledge of BSA rules and regulations. Complete BSA Training.
- National Mortgage License (NMLS).
- Notary Public
