Consistent Hours & Seasonal Spikes
- Steady Shifts: We host 10 to 16 events every single month, ensuring plenty of opportunities to pick up hours.
- Holiday Rush: We get much busier in the months leading up to Christmas, offering massive potential for extra income when you need it most.
- Winter Downtime: Our events slow down significantly from Christmas week through January, giving everyone a perfect, built-in winter break to recharge.
Don't let the long shift hours scare you. The heavy lifting is limited to the very beginning and the very end of the day. The long stretch in between is all about customer service and event management.
- The Power Hours (First & Last 90 Mins): This is where the real physical labor happens. We hustle as a team to assemble or disassemble tents (10x10), tables, and basic sound systems.
- The Event Flow (The In-Between Hours): Once the fair opens, the heavy lifting stops, and your role shifts into "Event Host" mode. Your main responsibilities during this time include:
- Vendor Support: Helping local vendors by covering their booths for quick restroom breaks or providing change.
- Venue Maintenance: Keeping the event looking sharp by taking out trash and keeping walkways clear.
- Safety & Security: Monitoring the area for potential hazards, keeping an eye out for theft, and ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
Choose the Shifts That Match Your Life. We have regular, predictable shifts available throughout the month. Pick and choose what works for you:
- Mondays: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- 1st Sundays: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2nd Fridays: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 2nd Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 2nd Sundays: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3rd Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 3rd Sundays: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 4th Saturdays: 6:15 AM – 4:30 PM
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to lift 40 lbs during our 90-minute setup/breakdown windows.
- Comfortable being on your feet and working both indoors and outdoors.
- A friendly, proactive attitude to support local small businesses.
- Punctual, reliable, and a great team player.
- Prior experience is a plus, but absolutely not required! We will train you.
