The Sales & Leasing Agent role is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and relationship-building.
What you will do.
- Show manufactured homes to prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of community living.
- Market our manufactured home communities through networking, advertising, social media, public relations, and local events.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products, procedures, amenities, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage and track leads by promptly following up and documenting all correspondence in the database.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals to help communities achieve 100% occupancy.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and the financial impact.
- Collaborate with regional management and the sales team to ensure financial targets are met.
- Adhere to all fair housing laws governing home sales and rentals.
What we are searching for.
- Previous experience in real estate home sales or leasing; manufactured home sales experience a plus.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong prioritization skills.
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve top results.
- Working knowledge of fair housing laws related to home sales and rentals.
- Strong phone skills with the ability to qualify buyers and manage a busy schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using CRM systems.
- Experience leveraging social media platforms to market properties.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to travel between communities for tours and meetings.
- Must be able to work in N. Fort Myers and Punta Gorda areas.
