In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will provide legal and administrative support related to landlord-tenant matters, lease enforcement, evictions, compliance, contracts, and risk management for a portfolio of manufactured home communities. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while supporting operational leadership in mitigating legal risk and resolving disputes efficiently.
What you will do:
- Generate and distribute Demand Notices (3-day, 7-day, non-renewals, etc.)
- Collect and organize documentation required for legal filings, including ledgers, notices, and lease agreements.
- Ensure executed documents, court filings, and legal correspondence are properly documented and stored in resident files.
- Prepare and coordinate eviction intake documentation for submission to attorneys
- Track eviction cases from intake through final judgment and writ of possession, ensuring required documents are received and uploaded to the system.
What we are looking for:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies,
- Previous paralegal experience working in real estate, preferably the manufactured home space.
- Demonstratable experience with MS Office, Excel and Word.
- Previous experience with Property Management CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
- Excellent organization and file management skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional interaction with attorneys, clients and internal team members.

Experience:
- Paralegal: 3 years (Preferred)
- Manufactured Home: 2 years (Preferred)
