Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career in property management? We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and help create a positive, well-run community.
What You’ll Do:
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent resident experiences.
- Assist with day-to-day property operations
- Help maintain high occupancy and resident retention
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
- Support vendor coordination and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of property management or related experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of leasing and property operations
- Experience with property management software is a plus
