Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and multifamily residential properties throughout the Buffalo, NY area. This is a high-impact role responsible for maximizing property performance, delivering an exceptional tenant experience, and protecting the long-term value of our assets.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and physical condition of assigned commercial or multifamily properties.
• Market available apartments, conduct showings, and manage the leasing process from application through move-in and lease renewal.
• Build positive relationships with residents and while ensuring compliance with lease terms and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Manage maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality work and timely project completion.
• Oversee building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and access control.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets while monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities to improve property performance.
• Recommend and coordinate capital improvement projects.
• Review vendor invoices and maintain accurate property, maintenance, and inspection records.
• Utilize Corrigo, Procore, and other technology to manage work orders, projects, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience managing commercial or multifamily residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of residential leasing, Fair Housing requirements, and New York State landlord-tenant laws.
• Experience managing maintenance operations, vendors, operating budgets, and capital improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (Corrigo and Procore preferred).
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
