Property Manager
American Cruise Lines is seeking an experienced and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a commercial property in Guilford, CT. This role involves ensuring the property's optimal performance, safety, and compliance while providing exceptional service to tenants and landlord. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Oversee facilities management systems for scheduling and tracking work orders.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues related to electrical experience, mechanical knowledge, or industrial maintenance needs.
- Lead project management efforts for renovations or upgrades, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
