• Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on HR operating model transformations, HCM best practices, and innovative technology solutions.
• Configuration Management: Set up and configure Fusion HCM Workforce Development (performance, goals, benefits) and Global HR modules.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite stakeholders, manage client relationships, and lead project teams across various functional areas.
• Business Development: Actively support pre-sales, bid management, and proposal development to grow the HR technology practice.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure system compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and security standards (including security vetting if necessary).
• Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior consultants, building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
