The salary range represents a general guideline as ISI considers several factors when determining compensation to include but not limited to the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and market location of the position.Position SummaryISI-Markon JV (IMJV) is seeking two (2) full-time Construction Administrators (CM-CAs) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at the Bedford VA Medical Center. These roles provide construction administration, quality assurance, and project oversight as part of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades. This is a mission-critical onsite role that supports the VA’s project team by performing daily field inspections, monitoring contractor progress, reviewing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring work complies with applicable standards, safety requirements, and contract expectations.The CM-CA may also serve as the contractor’s onsite Task Order Site Lead, overseeing day-to-day CM operations for this project.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily onsite inspections to assess progress, quality, safety, and compliance.Document deficiencies and omissions; track corrective actions until resolved.Provide clear, detailed daily and weekly reports to project leadership.Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate, timely updates to VA systems.Review and comment on submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.Assist in evaluating change order proposals and construction modifications.Review construction schedules and identify delays or corrective actions.Review monthly pay applications to verify accuracy of billed work.Support compliance with VA construction standards and safety protocols.Attend and document weekly and biweekly construction meetings.Serve as the onsite point of contact for IMJV and coordinate with all stakeholders.Use construction management systems such as PlanGrid or similar tools.Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant construction administration experience.Minimum 3 years of field experience performing CM/CA duties.Experience reviewing submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and construction schedules.Proficiency in construction management software (PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Procore, P6).Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (NACI).U.S. Citizenship required.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.Prior VA, DOD, or federal healthcare construction experience.Knowledge of VA TIL Standards, QASP/QMP requirements, and EHRM infrastructure.Experience supporting commissioning, testing, and technical documentation.Physical / Work EnvironmentFull-time onsite at Wilkes-Barre VAMC, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA.Standard 40-hour work week; evening/night work may be required.Ability to conduct field inspections and navigate active construction areas.To view ISI Professional Services' Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) statement, please visit: https://www.isiwdc.com/careers/eeo-policy-statement/

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
