Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Denver, NC. The Studio Manager will oversee studio operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and a high-energy environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, providing leadership to the team, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering community relationships. The Studio Manager will also coordinate schedules, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure the studio meets its goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with members, resolve issues, and maintain a positive studio environment.
- Proven Team Leadership and Personnel Management skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members to achieve individual and team success.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, including creating and meeting studio sales goals and building member engagement.
- Strong Project Management and Organizational skills to handle scheduling, operational processes, and task prioritization effectively.
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire a culture of energy, positivity, and teamwork.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with a commitment to supporting both in-studio and remote work responsibilities.
- Previous experience in the fitness industry or customer engagement roles is a plus.
