Role Description
We are seeking a passionate Group Fitness Instructor for a part-time, on-site position at our Englewood, NJ location. In this role, you will lead group fitness sessions, ensuring all participants receive proper guidance and motivation to achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities include delivering dynamic and safe workouts, providing modifications for all fitness levels, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and fostering a sense of community. Additionally, you will assist with member engagement and contribute to maintaining the high-energy culture of ISI® Elite Training.
Qualifications
- Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
- Skills in Personal Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry
- Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for building positive relationships with members
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate varying levels of fitness and physical abilities
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) preferred
- CPR/AED certification required
- Outstanding communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to fostering a welcoming and energetic training environment
