Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Performance Coach who can command a room, coach movement with excellence, and inspire members to push past their limits.
This isn't a mic-and-music job.
This is professional coaching — leading from the front, knowing your athletes, and bringing the heat every single session.

Your Mission
• Deliver elite-level, high-intensity group training sessions (50 minutes)
• Build genuine relationships that drive accountability and results
• Lead the room with confidence, energy, and clear cueing
• Execute programmed workouts with intentional coaching and proper progression/regression
• Hold members to our culture standards — effort, form, energy, attitude
• Support with admin tasks (member success outreach, check-ins, etc.)

What You Bring
• Nationally accredited CPT (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED Certification
• Evening weekend availability — non-negotiable
• Ability to coach all fitness levels with proper biomechanics & progression knowledge
