Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them
- Promote and sell monthly car wash memberships
- Upsell detailing services (interior, exterior, full detail packages)
- Clearly explain pricing, packages, and benefits to customers
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system
- Address customer questions or concerns professionally
- Work closely with management and detailing teams to schedule services
Qualifications
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, outgoing, and goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
