Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle wash and detailing needs
- Operate various car wash equipment, including automated systems and hand-washing tools
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, and interior wiping
- Apply polishing, buffing, and waxing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance
- Conduct additional services like window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional moving of vehicles or equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills such as buffing techniques
