We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join the $19.5 Billion Redevelopment Program at JFK Airport in Jamaica, NY. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for providing support to the Project Managers and Superintendents and responsibilities include but aren't limited to: performing field measurements, communicating results and quantities to the project team, and reinforcing communications of project milestones and schedules to foremen and other project participants.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and modifying project schedules, providing additional insights on weekly guidance and rationale for contingencies.
- Join on-site reviews with General Contractors to better understand scope and required coordination for a job.
- Perform field measurements, communicating results and quantities to the project team.
- Reinforce communications of project milestones and schedules to foremen and other project participants.
- Coordinate with project management to ensure timely completion of change orders.
- Aid in recognizing and resolving on-site challenges and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry including equipment, labor, means and methods.
- 3-6 years of building construction experience working on complex projects.
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
