Position Overview
As an HR Manager, you'll be the hands-on leader who brings our people strategy to life during this critical growth period. You'll implement and refine HR practices that support our aggressive expansion plans while maintaining the culture that makes the company special. Job Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top engineering and technical talent, partnering with department heads to understand needs and find the perfect fit for our growing organization
- Navigate the complexities of federal and state employment laws, keeping us compliant while maintaining flexibility to support our business goals
- Evaluate and manage benefit providers, designing packages that attract and retain the specialized talent we need while managing costs effectively
- Oversee accurate payroll processing, maintain HRIS systems, assist with performance evaluations, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations that keep our team focused on innovation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, especially for technical and engineering roles
- Proven ability to evaluate and manage benefit programs and vendor relationships
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively at all levels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
- Experience supporting companies through rapid growth phases a plus
- Experience working with or collaborating with Korean companies or major Korean corporations
- Strong English and Korean communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience managing HR operations in multicultural organizations
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
