Position Overview
The Company is looking for an experienced Finance professional at the Assistant Manager level to strengthen our Finance Team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate accounting operations, efficient treasury management, and insightful financial analysis. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between headquarters and local operations, contributing to both compliance and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will manage daily financial tasks, identify opportunities for process improvements, support decision-making with data- driven insights, and contribute to building a scalable finance structure as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support cash flow management, banking transactions, and treasury operations.
- Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, Research, etc.) to provide financial insights.
- Assist in external audit preparation and coordination.
- Lead or support process improvements in financial systems and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting (experience in both corporate and manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP; ability to reconcile differences when reporting cross-border.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with online banking platforms.
- Experience preparing schedules for external audits.
- Basic understanding of U.S federal/state corporate taxes; exposure to international tax matters preferred.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
