Band Saw/CNC Plasma Operator

We are a bulk material handling OEM and Engineer To Order Metal Fabrication Company with a fast-paced, growing manufacturing team looking for a Band Saw / CNC Plasma Operator who is motivated, dependable, and ready to work. Experience is not necessarily required—we’re looking for the right attitude, accountability, and work ethic above all else.

Experience Is a Plus — The Right Mindset Is a Must:

• Prior experience operating band saws, CNC plasma, or similar equipment is welcome
• Experience in a custom fabrication or OEM environment is a strong advantage
• We value operators who are open to new methods, adaptable, and willing to improve how things are done
• Years of experience alone do not guarantee success here — flexibility, problem-solving, and ownership matter most
  
  

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws and CNC plasma cutting equipment (training provided if needed)
• Load and unload material safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and cut parts
• Organize material, racks, and work areas, taking ownership of cleanliness and order
• Ensure all parts, material, and equipment are handled correctly and accounted for
• Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and condition of all work performed
• Assist with general production tasks to keep workflow movingFollow safety guidelines, work instructions, and quality standards at all times
• Support teammates and production needs wherever required
