Front Desk Receptionist (Beaumont Admin Office)

The Position:

We are looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC’s culture of integrity.

Applicants should have the ability to:

• Welcome and assist visitors to office, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer telephone inquiries and route calls to appropriate person.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal executive management and staff, as well as outside customers and vendors.
• Carries out varied assigned tasks requiring knowledge of office protocol and demonstrates an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work of the office
• Answers requests, questions, and employment inquiries, both in person and on the telephone, in a friendly and professional manner
• Assure positive associate relations.
• Supports the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Neat and professional appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with understanding of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Human Resources knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, especially surrounding attendance and punctuality. Must have the willingness to work overtime, when warranted.
