- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30pm

- Eligibility & EHR Management: Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and maintain accurate updates in the EHR
- Authorizations & Utilization Review: Submit, track, and reconcile initial and concurrent authorizations per payer guidelines; coordinate peer-to-peers when needed
- Documentation & Payer Communication: Submit discharge summaries within required timeframes and communicate with payers and internal teams regarding authorizations and denials
- Reporting & Compliance: Complete assigned reports, identify and report trends or issues, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards while maintaining confidentiality
- Productivity & Team Support: Work independently to manage daily tasks, prioritize workload, support organizational goals, and complete additional duties as assigned
Required Qaulifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, DSM-V, CPT/HCPCs, substance abuse and behavioral health treatment
- Willingness to obtain and maintain proficiency in Isaiah House policy, procedures, and programs
- Knowledge of various web browsers, electronic health records/payment management systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and various provider portals – Availity,KYMMIS, etc
